Lamb and Elk!

The co-op opened up a lamb order so I was able to get more lamb ribs and lamb shoulder.  It is from the same local farm as the last lamb we got so I'm happy!  Next time I may have to order some stuff for us since it's all slaughtered and packaged for human consumption!

The elk order will open next week.  I'm thinking about ordering 120 lbs. of the elk so we can feed it more often.  I still have 60 lbs. of the deer from last year that I need to get out and thaw.  From what I've heard, the elk is more what I'm wanting.
